If you know what you are looking for (from the above options), we can begin drafting a proposal of work. If you are unsure of where we can most benefit your organization, we’d perform an initial audit of your organization.
How To Get Started:
New Frontiers starts with each company partnership by hosting a consultation with key team members. This consultation can be done as a group or individually with each designated team member. The purpose of the consultation is to discover what offerings would be most beneficial to address the specific challenges for your company.
New Frontiers will develop a coaching proposal specific to your organization. This is where we will combine your goals for the organization, the problems perceived by you, and incorporate our feedback and findings from our initial consultation.
