Refund Requests

New Frontiers honors clients’ request for refunds on services not rendered for our 10 Hour Trial Package. Refunds can be requested through the Client Onboarding Coordinator. The refund process is as follows: 

  • Initial refund conversation: We will talk through whether or not New Frontiers can make any adjustments to provide a service that you would want to continue with. 
  • If not, the New Frontiers Business Office will email you with the refund breakdown minus any hours used and our administrative fee, and communicate the method in which you will receive your refund. 
    Refunds typically are processed in 7-10 business days. When the refund is processed, the client’s hours will be zeroed out in our system. 
  • There is a $250.00 administrative fee for processing refunds. 

We calculate refunds as such: 

(Total Amount Paid) – (Rate of Hours Used) – (Admin Fee) = Refund Total 

Per the Termination/Cancellation Policy in the Terms and Conditions, hours are held in client accounts for 18 months after the date of the last coaching session. 

Refunds Involving Coupons or Discounts

When receiving a refund for a discounted 10 Hour Trial package, the used hours will be calculated at the full, non-discounted rate. For example, if you purchased the 10 Hour Trial Package, the used hours will be calculated at the retail rate. The admin fee will then be deducted, and the remaining balance is what your refund will be.  

Example: 

Purchased Hours – 10 Hours at $2650.00 
Coupon – $200 
Used Hours – 5 

Refund of balance calculation- 
Used Service – 5 x $265 = $1325.00 
Admin Fee – $250.00 
Refund Amount= ($2450.00) – ($1325.00) – ($250) = $875.00 

Nonrefundable Services

Please note that all services other than the 10 Hour Trial Package are not eligible for refunds. 

Termination & Cancellation Policy

Per the Termination/Cancellation Policy in the Terms and Conditions, hours are held in client accounts for 18 months after the last session date for eligible services. Coordinators will attempt to aid clients in utilizing hours. After the 18 months, hours are forfeited, and clients’ hours will be zeroed out in our system. 

Subscriptions must be canceled in writing by emailing payments@nfil.net.
