    Client/Stakeholder represents to New Frontiers in Learning, LLC (New Frontiers) that they are over 18 and legally authorized to accept these Terms and Conditions or are represented by a Parent/Guardian who is their legal caretaker. Both parties acknowledge entering into these Terms and Conditions based on this representation.


    These Terms and Conditions cover Group and/or Individualized Coaching and/or Consultation Services (“Services”) provided by New Frontiers. Services are subject to change from the date of acceptance. New Frontiers’ Policies and Procedures will be shared with clients via email or hardcopy.


    New Frontiers is a learning-focused company and does not provide Mental Health Services. If the Client/Stakeholder is involved in such services through an outside party, communication between the outside therapy providers and New Frontiers is encouraged, with the Client/Stakeholder’s permission.

    Fees and Expenses

    All fees and expenses associated with the Services must be paid in advance. Fees are subject to change from the date of acceptance. Rates can be found on our website here.

    Termination/Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • If New Frontiers terminates the contract, Client/Stakeholder will receive a refund for the unused portion of any eligible Services purchased. 
    • If Client/Stakeholder cancels the agreement within 3 days of signing, a full refund will be provided, less the cost of any services provided. 
    • If Client/Stakeholder terminates the contract after the 3-day period, refunds for the unused portion of eligible services will be based on the hourly rate of the used hours, not purchased hours, less a $250 administration fee. 
    • Hours not used within 18 months of suspending services will be forfeited at New Frontiers’ discretion or adjusted to the current hourly rate of services. 
    • Refunds for eligible services will be calculated based on the policies stated above. Some services may be non-refundable, as indicated at time of purchase. 

    Compliance with Policies

    Client/Stakeholder shall comply with New Frontiers’ Policies and Procedures available here.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its choice of law principles. Litigation of all disputes shall be conducted in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in the State of New York, County of New York.

    Force Majeure

    New Frontiers shall not be liable for postponement of service due to Force Majeure events, which include natural disasters, national security actions, utility failure, national emergencies, work stoppages, or other labor difficulties. If such an event prevents fulfillment of these Terms for more than 90 days, New Frontiers will refund any remaining balance for unused services upon request.

    Confidentiality and Compliance with Laws

    New Frontiers complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. New Frontiers and its agents will obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses.

    Session Cancellation Policy

    Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling a scheduled session, or the session will be billed.

    Binding Effect

    These Terms and Conditions are binding upon the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

    Additional Service Requests

    Additional service hours may be added via a clear email confirmation from the Client/Stakeholder.


    By processing payment, client/stakeholder agrees to the terms stated herein.
