As Client Onboarding Manager at New Frontiers, Victoria guides individuals through the critical first steps of their coaching journey. She evaluates each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals, crafting personalized coaching strategies that set the foundation for meaningful growth.
Victoria’s passion for working with diverse learners began in high school and has remained a constant throughout her career in education and mental health. She firmly believes that success looks different for everyone and is committed to ensuring that every individual—regardless of learning differences or abilities—has the guidance and support to reach their aspirations.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University, specializing in inclusive design, Victoria brings a keen eye for structure, accessibility, and the importance of tailoring environments to individual needs. She applies this same philosophy to executive function coaching, recognizing that each person has a unique learning style, emotional landscape, and path to success.
In her role as a Victoria is dedicated to helping clients unlock their potential, develop self-awareness, and build the skills they need to navigate life with confidence by guiding them through the onboarding process.
