"Success isn’t one-size-fits-all—everyone deserves a path that reflects their strengths, needs, and goals. Executive function coaching helps people define their journey and take meaningful steps forward."
Victoria Weitgenant
As Client Onboarding Coordinator at New Frontiers, Victoria guides individuals and families through the critical first steps of their coaching journey. She plays an essential role in helping clients feel supported from the very beginning by gathering insights into their unique strengths, challenges, and goals. With this understanding, she ensures each person is matched with the right coach and services to lay a strong foundation for growth. Victoria’s thoughtful and organized approach creates a smooth onboarding process that allows clients to step into coaching with clarity, confidence, and trust.
Victoria’s passion for working with diverse learners began in high school and has remained a constant throughout her career in education and mental health. She believes deeply that success looks different for every individual and is committed to ensuring that each person—regardless of learning differences or abilities—has the opportunity to pursue their goals with the right guidance and support. By serving as a bridge between clients and coaches, she helps create an inclusive and welcoming entry point into the coaching experience.
Her academic background adds further depth to her role. Victoria earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University, where she specialized in inclusive design. During her studies, she focused on creating environments that foster accessibility and adaptability, lessons she now applies to onboarding at New Frontiers. Just as physical spaces can be intentionally designed to meet individual needs, she believes that the coaching process should also begin with careful attention to each person’s unique learning style, goals, and vision of success.
Outside of work, Victoria thrives on both creativity and connection. She plays on a recreational volleyball team and values the teamwork, energy, and camaraderie it brings. A passionate artist, she works with acrylics and oils and enjoys the creativity of cosplay, often bringing imagination and detail into her projects. She also loves planning and hosting events—whether it’s a party for friends or a gathering with family—where her eye for detail and love of bringing people together truly shine. Travel continues to inspire her as well, offering new perspectives and fueling her curiosity about the world.
In her role, Victoria ensures that every client’s coaching journey begins with the right structure and support. By combining her background in inclusive design with her commitment to accessibility and growth, she helps set the stage for meaningful progress and long-term success.
