"There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure."
Colin Powell
As a Senior Coordinator at New Frontiers, Lindsay plays a key role in ensuring that clients and families receive the personalized executive function support they need to succeed. She collaborates with stakeholders and coaches to refine services and guide best practices, while continuing to provide direct coaching herself. In every capacity, Lindsay is dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their skills, build independence, and thrive across academic, professional, and personal settings.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University before completing her Master’s Degree at Towson University. She has extensive experience in executive function coaching and has completed specialized training with leading professionals in the field, including Michelle Garcia Winner and Sarah Ward. This strong foundation informs both her leadership and her coaching, equipping her with research-based strategies that she adapts to meet the unique needs of each client.
Since joining New Frontiers in fall 2020, Lindsay has supported clients in developing practical skills such as planning, prioritization, scheduling, task initiation, and time management. She also works with individuals on sustaining focus, managing projects, balancing competing responsibilities, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Lindsay firmly believes that every client learns differently, and she tailors her approach to align with each individual’s strengths, challenges, and goals. Her mission is to help clients and families reach their full potential by offering strategies that not only support immediate progress but also foster long-term independence.
Outside of her professional role, Lindsay enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and exploring new experiences. She loves to travel, hike, and try new restaurants, and she values opportunities to connect with others through shared adventures. At home, she is a proud mom to a daughter, a son, and a lively mini-goldendoodle named Dunkin. Whether at the beach or discovering a new place, Lindsay embraces curiosity, connection, and lifelong learning—qualities she also brings to her work with clients.
At New Frontiers, Lindsay supports clients in building executive function skills such as organization, planning and prioritization, time management, and follow-through, while also helping them develop motivation, adaptability, and self-advocacy. Her combination of leadership, specialized training, and personalized coaching style ensures that every client has the tools and encouragement needed to grow with confidence and independence.
