As a Senior Coordinator at New Frontiers, Lindsay works closely with stakeholders, coaches, and clients to ensure individuals receive the executive function support they need to thrive. In addition to her leadership role, she continues to provide direct coaching, helping clients develop essential skills for success in academics, life management, and career growth.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, followed by a Master’s Degree from Towson University. She has extensive experience in executive function coaching and has completed specialized training with professionals like Michelle Garcia Winner and Sarah Ward.

Since joining New Frontiers in fall 2020, Lindsay has worked with clients on planning, prioritization, scheduling, task initiation, time management, sustained focus, project management, and work-life balance. She firmly believes that each client learns differently, and her coaching approach is tailored to the unique strengths, challenges, and goals of each individual. Her mission is to help every client and family reach their full potential by providing personalized strategies that foster independence and success.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants. She is a proud mom to a daughter, son, and a high-energy mini-goldendoodle named Dunkin. Whether at the beach or exploring new places, Lindsay values connection, adventure, and lifelong learning.
