"There will be obstacles. There will be doubters. There will be mistakes. But with hard work, there are no limits."

Michael Phelps

As a Services Manager at New Frontiers, Lesley works closely with coordinators to ensure the highest quality support for clients while continuing to provide direct coaching. With nearly 15 years of experience in education, she brings expertise in teaching, executive function coaching, and professional development, helping individuals build the skills they need to succeed.

Lesley earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University and is a certified teacher and ADHD educator. She has taught at both the secondary and post-secondary levels and has worked as a professional development specialist and teacher coach, guiding educators in creating effective, student-centered learning environments. Her commitment to education extends beyond her professional work—she currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Montclair Cooperative School.

As a parent of two twice-exceptional children, Lesley has firsthand experience navigating the complexities of neurodiverse learning needs, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths that come with executive function development. She is passionate about helping both students and educators create systems for success that foster independence and confidence.

Outside of work, Lesley enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and staying active through running, hiking, skiing, weight training, and yoga. She also spends plenty of time walking her highly energetic Jack Russell Terrier, Belle.
