"There will be obstacles. There will be doubters. There will be mistakes. But with hard work, there are no limits."

As a Services Manager at New Frontiers, Lesley works closely with coordinators to ensure the highest quality of support for clients while also continuing to provide direct coaching. She plays a key role in maintaining program excellence, mentoring coaches, and ensuring that each client receives individualized guidance tailored to their goals. With nearly 15 years of experience in education, Lesley brings a wealth of expertise in teaching, executive function coaching, and professional development. Her work centers on helping individuals build the tools they need to succeed—whether that means mastering organizational systems, cultivating resilience, or gaining confidence in their ability to navigate academic, personal, and professional challenges.
Lesley earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is a certified teacher as well as an ADHD educator. She has taught at both the secondary and post-secondary levels, developing a reputation for fostering student-centered learning environments that honor different perspectives and approaches to problem-solving. In addition to classroom teaching, she has served as a professional development specialist and teacher coach, supporting fellow educators in creating effective and inclusive instructional practices. Beyond her professional roles, she extends her commitment to education through service on the Board of Trustees at the Montclair Cooperative School, where she contributes to shaping policies and practices that benefit the broader learning community.
Her dedication to supporting neurodiverse learners is also personal. As the parent of two twice-exceptional children, Lesley has firsthand experience navigating the complexities of diverse learning needs. This lived experience deepens her empathy and informs her approach, allowing her to connect with families and individuals from a place of true understanding. She is passionate about helping students, educators, and professionals alike develop systems for success that foster independence, confidence, and long-term growth.
Outside of work, Lesley prioritizes balance and joy. She is an avid reader, enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and stays active through running, hiking, skiing, weight training, and yoga. Much of her free time is also devoted to her highly energetic Jack Russell Terrier, Belle, who keeps her moving and brings a sense of playfulness to her daily routine.
Lesley supports clients in strengthening core executive function skills such as organization, time management, task initiation, planning and prioritization, and self-monitoring. She also works with individuals on stress management, motivation, and building resilience, helping them overcome procrastination and perfectionism while developing sustainable systems that work across different environments. With a balance of professional expertise and personal insight, Lesley empowers clients to move forward with clarity, independence, and confidence.
