As a Senior Coordinator at New Frontiers, Lana ensures the highest quality of service delivery for her clients while also mentoring and supporting other coordinators. She plays a key role in the ongoing development of coaching skillsets, gathering client feedback, and refining service offerings to enhance the impact of executive function coaching.

Lana is a New York dual-licensed Childhood (Birth-Grade 6) General and Special Education Teacher with over 12 years of experience working in private and public schools, agencies, and home-based intervention programs throughout NYC. She holds a Master of Science in Education in General and Special Education from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College. Her expertise spans teaching, mentoring, and intervention across Pre-K to 12th grade in a variety of academic subjects.

Passionate about individualized learning and skill development, Lana takes a creative and thorough approach to addressing each client’s unique needs. She is dedicated to continuous learning, consistently seeking new ways to refine her strategies and provide the best possible support for her clients and colleagues.

Outside of her professional life, Lana is committed to self-development and an active lifestyle. She is fluent in Russian and enjoys brushing up on her language skills over coffee or sushi with friends and family. She also embraces fitness as part of her routine, regularly exploring local bike and running paths and staying engaged with the CrossFit community.
