As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Kim draws on more than 23 years of experience in education, student support, and executive function coaching to help clients build the skills they need to thrive. She works closely with individuals to develop personalized strategies that strengthen organization, time management, focus, and resilience, ensuring that each client feels supported as they pursue academic, professional, and personal goals. Known for her collaborative and encouraging approach, Kim empowers clients to recognize their strengths and make meaningful progress toward independence and success.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from St. Joseph’s College and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She has also earned two advanced post-graduate certificates in Educational Leadership at both the building and district levels, giving her a strong foundation in guiding student support, promoting social-emotional learning, and addressing executive function skill development across diverse settings.

Her professional background spans a variety of roles, including elementary school teacher, mental health counselor, and educational leader. In each role, Kim has focused on the ways learning, behavior, and emotional regulation intersect, equipping her with a deep understanding of the challenges many students and families face. She has supported children, adolescents, and adults in building essential executive function strategies while also guiding educators and teams in creating supportive systems for growth. This breadth of experience allows her to approach coaching with both empathy and practical expertise, tailoring her support to the unique goals of each client.

At New Frontiers, Kim helps individuals develop skills in planning, prioritization, task initiation, and follow-through, while also focusing on adaptability, stress management, and goal-directed persistence. She believes in the importance of building confidence and self-awareness alongside strategy, giving clients the tools to manage challenges and succeed across school, work, and everyday life.

Outside of her professional work, Kim enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons, who are her greatest source of pride and joy. She loves the beach and incorporates fitness into her daily routine, finding balance and energy through an active lifestyle. These personal passions reflect the values she brings into her coaching—commitment, balance, and a belief in the importance of growth and well-being.

At New Frontiers, Kim combines her background in education, counseling, and leadership to provide thoughtful, personalized coaching that equips clients with the strategies and confidence to thrive in every area of life.
