As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Kim brings over 23 years of experience in education, mental health, and executive function coaching. She works closely with clients to develop executive function strategies that support academic, professional, and personal success.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from St. Joseph’s College and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She also earned two advanced post-graduate certificates in Educational Leadership (building and district levels), equipping her with expertise in student support, social-emotional learning, and executive function skill development.
Her professional background includes roles as an elementary school teacher, mental health counselor, and educational leader, with a focus on social-emotional learning and executive function coaching. Kim understands the intersection of learning, behavior, and emotional regulation, and she is passionate about helping individuals develop personalized strategies to strengthen focus, organization, and resilience.
Outside of coaching, Kim is a proud mom of two teenage boys and enjoys spending time at the beach and incorporating fitness into her daily life.
