Erin Montgomery

Monty is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience, holding a Master’s in Education with a focus on Differentiated Learning, an Autism Education Specialist Certification, and post-baccalaureate certification in Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity. Her expertise spans working with students aged 8 to 67 across diverse abilities and backgrounds. From G.A.T.E. students to high-risk youth and adult learners, Monty’s passion for unlocking potential is unwavering.
Monty spent a decade at Fusion Academy, a one-on-one private school for students outside the traditional system, where she served in leadership roles, including Special Education Lead and Regional Wellness Facilitator. After relocating to Houston, she joined Beta Academy as an Instructional Coach and Special Pops Coordinator, supporting teachers in meeting scholars’ needs holistically—mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to her role at Beta Academy, Monty is an Executive Functioning Skills Coach, supporting individuals with ADHD/ASD from childhood through adulthood. She is deeply passionate about mental health, executive functioning, and empowering others to find and develop their unique gifts. Believing strongly in strengths-based coaching, Monty inspires others to step into their power, cultivating confidence and capability in both educators and learners.
