"You can either lower your goals to match your effort or you can raise your effort to match your goals."
Mike Krzyzewski

Daniel Koffler is the President of New Frontiers, an executive function coaching organization dedicated to helping individuals develop the skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. New Frontiers provides personalized coaching to clients with a range of abilities and interests, empowering them to maximize their potential, enhance their independence, and become confident self-advocates.
Daniel’s passion for this work stems from his early experience in his family’s special education business, where he recognized a recurring challenge: many young people, regardless of their abilities, were stepping into post-high school life without the tools they needed to succeed. In response, he founded New Frontiers to bridge that gap, equipping clients—from elementary students to seasoned professionals—with the executive function skills needed to navigate life’s transitions and optimize their personal and professional growth.
Daniel is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from George Washington University.
Beyond his professional life, Daniel is a dedicated husband and father of three—including a set of twins. In his free time, he enjoys reading, spending time with his family, mountaineering, indulging in ’90s music and movies, and, most of all, finding reasons to laugh.
