What is Coaching?

  • Coaching is a process of guiding and supporting individuals to help them achieve goals, develop skills, and problem solve.
  • Coaching involves:
    • Goal setting
    • Strategy Development
    • Feedback and Adaptability support
    • Accountability
  • Similar to a personal trainer, coaching helps “train your brain” by establishing strategies designed to support the individual (like a workout routine), and then maintaining and following through in using those strategies to achieve goals
