In-Person Coaching

HOW IT WORKS

In-Person coaching is sometimes the most ideal and efficient way to provide our coaching supports.

Individuals set a coaching schedule on a consistent and regular basis, that can be supplemented with additional sessions as needed to encourage follow through and accountability.

In-person sessions are a minimum of 1 hour in length. We will sometimes recommend adding in virtual check ins as well to assist with follow through. 

MATCHING PROCESS

Matching for in-person coaches is determined by geography, schedules, and best fit. For a variety of reasons, we may need to recruit new coaches to meet those three needs. Our team will be transparent with you in terms of potential wait times for finding the best coach match. We’d rather get it right then force a coaching relationship that is not a best fit! 

GENERAL AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

Coaches and clients create and set specific goals that address each individual’s unique needs. Coaching sessions assist in skill building and accountability. Coaches develop a relationship with their clients, creating a trusting environment where one can develop skills in areas such as:
