Since joining New Frontiers in spring 2013, Casey has significantly expanded his scope of influence from mentoring students to advising professionals and entire organizations on enhancing workplace performance. His focus extends to the critical areas of executive functions, soft skills, and effective organizational strategies, enabling a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive learning environments.

Casey’s leadership journey has seen him evolve from providing targeted academic and social supports to students with diverse learning needs to spearheading major initiatives as Vice President.
