ADHD Coaching
Coaches who understand how your brain works
Individuals diagnosed with ADHD may struggle with executive functioning skills that manifest in different ways. Rather than developing naturally, many individuals diagnosed with ADHD may benefit from explicit 1:1 instruction and ADHD coaching to focus and strengthen systems and strategies to support their executive dysfunction. Instead of using a set curriculum to teach these skills, New Frontiers utilizes a cognitive modeling approach, supporting individuals diagnosed with ADHD to identify areas of skill deficit unique to their experiences as a learner and/or professional. This way we are able to help people develop skills and systems to succeed in areas where they are directly struggling.
