Ellen Berkman
Coordinator at New Frontiers, supporting clients and stakeholders in building executive function skills for long-term success.
"Just stick with it. What seems so hard now will one day be your warm up."
Ellen Berkman

Ellen graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communications and minors in Art and Art History. She also obtained her Elementary Education teaching credentials certifications in California, and taught 1st, 2nd and 5th grades for 3 years. Ellen has a coaching credential from The Internation Coaching Federation and the Center for Executive Coaching.
Her background most recently has been as a Career Coach at a technology bootcamp, where she has taught a diverse group of learners, aged 18-60, one on one, in a group setting, virtually, and in person. Here, she has worked with many individuals with executive function challenges to help them achieve their goals in a fast-paced learning environment, and to help them find their right match in a rewarding tech position, as they made a career transition. Ellen looks for the unique set of skills and way of learning in each person. She has expertise coaching in time management skills, focus techniques, balancing many responsibilities and task ownership and accountability, and strives to use creativity and positivity when coaching (and really in life!).
In her free time, Ellen hangs out with her family and dogs, loves to see live music, draw, and travel to the beach.
