Lee Green

As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Lee brings over 27 years of experience in education, executive function coaching, and behavioral support. Specializing in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and anxiety-related challenges, he works with teenagers, young adults, and adults, helping them develop essential life skills, social skills, and executive function strategies. He also collaborates closely with parents and families, providing guidance to create a supportive environment for long-term success.
Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Music from Skidmore College and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Long Island University. His extensive credentials include certifications as a Special Education Teacher, Life Coach, Executive Functioning Coach, and ADHD Specialist. His career has included roles as an Executive Functioning Coach, Behavioral Therapist, Resource Room Teacher, Academic Tutor, and Educational Consultant, giving him a well-rounded approach to coaching.
As someone with ADHD himself, Lee deeply understands the challenges his clients face. Having developed proven strategies to overcome obstacles related to attention, organization, and self-regulation, he brings both personal insight and professional expertise to his coaching. He also incorporates mindfulness practices into his daily life and coaching approach, recognizing the impact of self-awareness and focus on executive function growth.
Outside of coaching, Lee enjoys cooking for his family, listening to music, and spending time with his two golden retrievers, Bentley and Theo.
