As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Denise works directly with clients and their families to provide personalized guidance and support in executive function skill development. She is dedicated to helping individuals strengthen the tools they need for success in academics, work, and daily life, while also collaborating with stakeholders to ensure each client’s goals are met. With her warm, encouraging approach, Denise brings both expertise and empathy to every coaching relationship, empowering clients to build confidence and independence.
Denise brings over 34 years of experience in education, spanning roles in teaching, consulting, behavior support, coaching, and parent training. She earned her degree in Special Education K–12 from St. Francis College (now the University of St. Francis) in Fort Wayne, Indiana, majoring in Learning Disabilities with a minor in Students with Disabilities. Throughout her career, Denise has specialized in executive function development, behavior support, and individualized learning strategies. She has extensive experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Verbal Behavior methodologies, Crisis Prevention and Intervention, and Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention. In addition to her direct work with students, Denise has led workshops and professional development seminars for administrators, educators, counselors, and families, sharing practical strategies for supporting learners of all abilities.
At New Frontiers, Denise focuses on meeting each client where they are, tailoring strategies to fit their strengths, challenges, and goals. She is passionate about helping individuals develop independence, resilience, and self-confidence, ensuring that they feel equipped to navigate both immediate demands and future challenges. Her commitment to individualized support and long-term growth has made her a trusted partner to clients and families alike.
Outside of her professional role, Denise is a proud mother of two who finds joy in a wide range of personal interests. She enjoys gardening, spending days at the beach, traveling, exercising, and exploring her love of music and cars. She is also active on social media—most recently, she admits to being happily “addicted” to TikTok, where she enjoys connecting with others and sharing positivity. Whether at work or in her free time, Denise is passionate about encouraging people to recognize their strengths and fulfill their potential.
At New Frontiers, Denise helps clients strengthen organization, time management, planning and prioritization, and task initiation skills, while also supporting stress management, motivation, and self-advocacy. She brings decades of expertise in behavior support and skill-building to her coaching, offering practical tools and encouragement that allow clients to thrive in school, at work, and in life.
