Denise Boden

As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Denise works directly with clients and stakeholders, providing guidance and support to help individuals develop the executive function skills needed for success. With 34+ years in education, she brings a wealth of experience in teaching, consulting, behavior support, coaching, and parent training, ensuring that every client receives tailored strategies to meet their unique needs.

Denise earned her degree in Special Education K-12 from St. Francis College (now University of St. Francis) in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with a major in Learning Disabilities and a minor in Students with Disabilities. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior methodologies, as well as Crisis Prevention and Intervention and Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention. She has also led workshops and professional development seminars for administrators, educators, counselors, and families, sharing her expertise in executive function skill development and behavior management.

Denise is passionate about helping individuals build independence, confidence, and the skills to navigate challenges. Her approach is grounded in understanding each person’s unique learning process and fostering strategies that support long-term growth and success.

Outside of work, Denise is a proud mother of two and enjoys gardening, beach days, traveling, music, exercise, and cars/driving. She also loves social media and is currently addicted to TikTok. In her free time, she can be found happily encouraging others to fulfill their potential.
