Personalized Coaching for ADHD Students

Mornings are exhausting, aren’t they? The fifth reminder to get dressed. The meltdown over a missing shoe. The frantic search for the homework you know they finished last night. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many parents of children with ADHD face the same daily struggles and just want to help their child feel more capable and confident. Our 1:1 virtual ADHD coaching is designed to help your child understand how their brain works, develop tools that make daily routines easier, and gain confidence in school and beyond, while giving parents strategies to support progress at home.

AS FEATURED IN:

Is This Your Daily Reality?
You’re Not Alone.

The Challenges (Your "Before")

The Morning Marathon:

Constant reminders, meltdowns over small tasks, and a stressful race to get out the door on time.

The After-School Struggle:

Homework battles, missed assignments, and endless screen time negotiations leaving everyone frustrated.

The Emotional Rollercoaster:

Intense frustration, low self-esteem after a tough day, and difficulty bouncing back from setbacks, leaving everyone feeling drained.

The Isolation:

The feeling that no one quite understands the unique challenges your family faces, leading to worry and burnout.

The Solutions (Your "After")

At Home:

Calmer routines with less nagging. Your child begins taking ownership of their responsibilities, reducing family conflict.

At School:

Fewer "missing" assignments and panicked emails from teachers. Your child learns how to study, not just what to study, leading to grades that reflect their true potential.

For Your Child:

A boost in confidence and resilience. They stop seeing themselves as "lazy" or "bad at school" and start understanding their unique strengths.

For You:

A dedicated partner who understands. You get practical strategies, consistent communication, and the relief of knowing you don't have to do this alone.

Evidence-Based ADHD Coaching That Works

Traditional tutoring teaches subjects. Therapy addresses mental health. ADHD Coaching is different. We focus on building the brain's "CEO"- the executive functions that manage focus, planning, and follow-through. Our certified coaches use evidence-based models like RISE and RASP to teach your child practical, real-world skills they can use for life, including:

Task Initiation

Strategies to break through the "I can't start" wall and build momentum.

Time Management

Techniques to make time visible, estimate effort accurately, and beat procrastination.

Organization

Simple, repeatable systems for managing backpacks, bedrooms, and digital files.

Emotional Regulation

Tools to identify triggers, manage frustration, and build resilience after setbacks.

Working Memory

Methods to help remember multi-step instructions and retain information while learning.

Planning & Prioritization

Frameworks to break down large projects and manage competing deadlines with less stress.

We're Your Partner, Too.

You Don't Have to Do This Alone.

Your child is the focus, but you are the backbone of this journey. We support you with a whole-family approach that restores calm, reduces stress, and helps everyone feel more connected:

Your Questions, Answered

Common questions answered to support your journey.
