About Premie K.

Premie is an Executive Function and Content Coach at New Frontiers, where he supports learners of all ages in building confidence, clarity, and momentum in their academic and professional work. With three years of experience as a content coach across a wide range of subjects, he brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to helping clients understand material more deeply, strengthen their study habits, and apply their knowledge effectively. Premie is skilled at breaking down complex ideas into digestible steps, making challenging material feel approachable and achievable. His coaching emphasizes growth, consistency, and the belief that with the right structure and support, every client can make meaningful progress.

Before transitioning into coaching, Premie worked as a financial analyst in both corporate and independent settings. This background strengthened his ability to think critically, interpret and organize information, manage competing priorities, and approach problems with clarity and precision—skills that naturally extend into his coaching work. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration, grounding his support for students pursuing business fields as well as those navigating quantitative or analytical coursework.

Throughout his coaching career, Premie has worked with clients ranging from high school students to post-graduates. While his primary focus has been content coaching, he has also supported clients with executive function skill-building, including establishing routines, strengthening time management, and navigating organizational challenges. His subject expertise spans business disciplines, mathematics, sciences, computer programming, literature, philosophy, and psychology, and he has guided clients through both academic assignments and application processes for universities and jobs. Premie is known for being versatile, resourceful, hardworking, and creative—qualities that help him meet students where they are and collaboratively find pathways through whatever challenges they face.

Outside of coaching, Premie enjoys sports and video games, interests that give him balance and opportunities to connect with others through shared hobbies. His personal passions contribute to his approachable style and help him bring warmth, relatability, and genuine curiosity into his work with clients.

Premie supports clients in areas such as problem solving, organization, time management, planning and prioritization, task initiation, building routines, and developing effective study strategies. He also helps individuals strengthen focus, adaptability, motivation, and confidence as they work toward their goals. His approach is steady, practical, and grounded in the belief that complex challenges become manageable when broken into clear, meaningful steps.
