About Nora B.

A Little About Me

My career has centered on public service, human services, and transition planning, I hold a Master of Public Administration from UConn and have spent years supporting people through career, education, and life transitions of all kinds.

I love community, especially the small kind, hosting a weekly “girls’ night” with my neighbors, cooking, and gardening. I find as much joy in cultivating my plants as I do in cultivating relationships.

My Coaching Style

I take a collaborative approach to big transitions, whether that’s the shift into college, into a career, or into greater independence generally.

Clients and students (I also serve as an Adjunct Professor) describe me as warm and trustworthy—someone who creates space for people to feel truly supported.

My focus is always on building the confidence that lets people navigate whatever comes next, not just the transition in front of them.

Working Together

Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:

  • Bring a steady, collaborative approach to life’s big transitions

  • Help you build confidence you can carry well beyond coaching

  • Create a warm, trusting space for honest conversations

  • Support you through change with patience and care

  • Focus on sustainable, long-term growth, not quick fixes

Growth happens in steps—my job is to walk through them with you.
