About Jon G.
A Little About Me
I enjoy helping people discover what they are capable of. Whether someone is navigating a new challenge, working toward a meaningful goal, or simply trying to get unstuck, I enjoy partnering with them to find sustainable, practical solutions.
Outside of coaching, I love spending time outdoors. Hiking, skiing, kayaking, and exploring new destinations feed my sense of curiosity. My classical homeopathy practice expands my idea of what is possible. I bring that same sense of expansiveness and curiosity into my coaching partnerships.
My Coaching Style
I believe coaching is most effective when clients feel that they have a space to explore what is possible.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable thinking out loud, asking questions, celebrating progress, and working through challenges without fear of judgment. I take time to understand each client’s goals, strengths, and obstacles before helping them develop strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.
Clients often describe me as thoughtful, receptive, and easy to talk to. I enjoy asking questions that encourage reflection, helping people see situations from new perspectives, and balancing encouragement with accountability so progress feels both meaningful and achievable.
In addition to focusing on immediate challenges, I enjoy helping clients build confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills that will serve them long after coaching ends.
Working Together
Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:
- Create a calm, welcoming space where they feel heard and understood.
- Help turn overwhelming challenges into manageable next steps.
- Balance patience, curiosity, and accountability.
- Encourage flexible thinking when obstacles arise.
- Focus on building confidence and independence alongside practical strategies.
I believe that growth isn’t about knowing all of the answers—it’s about learning how to keep moving forward with confidence, curiosity, and the right support along the way.
