About Jennifer W.

A Little About Me

My path has taken me through mental health therapy, Montessori teaching, crisis clinical work, and college teaching. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and am an ICF Certified Insight Coach, and I’m currently pursuing additional certifications in Solution-Focused Therapy and ADHD Coaching.

Outside of coaching, I love photography, golf, hiking, and traveling—anything that keeps me learning and seeing things from a new angle, which is honestly how I approach coaching too.

My Coaching Style

My clinical training means I bring real depth to conversations about motivation, stress, and behavior change, but I always translate it into warm, practical guidance.

Clients and colleagues describe me as empathetic and insightful, with a gift for making complex ideas feel simple and actionable.

My goal is to help clients understand themselves more fully, because that self-understanding is what makes any strategy actually stick.

Working Together

Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:

  • Bring real depth from clinical training, translated into everyday guidance

  • Help make complex ideas feel simple and actionable

  • Support you in understanding yourself more fully, not just fixing a problem

  • Bring genuine empathy and adaptability to every session

  • Meet you with curiosity instead of judgment

What you become by working toward your goals matters just as much as reaching them.
