As an Executive Function Coach at New Frontiers, Jennifer brings a rich blend of clinical training, educational experience, and strengths-based coaching to support individuals in achieving meaningful growth. She contributes to the team by integrating evidence-based strategies with warm, practical guidance that helps clients build confidence, develop effective habits, and move toward their personal, academic, and professional goals. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of human development and behavior, enabling her to tailor coaching to each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning style.
Jennifer’s professional path includes roles as a mental health therapist, Montessori teacher, online educator, crisis clinician, and college professor—experiences that reflect both versatility and a longstanding commitment to helping individuals thrive. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, is licensed as an Agency Affiliated Counselor, and is an ICF Certified Insight Coach. She also earned recognition as a Distinguished Teaching Fellow and Certified College Educator through the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE). In addition to her formal training, Jennifer has completed specialized coursework in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices, and she remains actively engaged in ongoing education as she pursues additional certifications in Solution-Focused Therapy and ADHD Coaching. Her leadership experience as Co-Director and Assistant Director of two learning centers further informs her ability to guide clients through organizational systems, academic demands, and transitions across life stages.
Jennifer’s approach is shaped by adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine desire to meet clients where they are. Having mastered a wide range of academic platforms, crisis intervention tools, and electronic health systems, she is comfortable navigating complexity and quickly learning new environments—skills that translate seamlessly into dynamic, responsive coaching. Colleagues, students, and clients describe her as empathetic and insightful, noting her gift for simplifying complex concepts in ways that empower individuals to understand themselves more fully and take meaningful steps forward. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys photography, golf, hiking, traveling, and engaging in lifelong learning, all of which deepen her appreciation for growth, perspective, and creativity.
Her areas of expertise include supporting clients with organization, planning and prioritization, time management, and task initiation; strengthening working memory, follow-through, and self-monitoring; and helping individuals develop flexible thinking and emotional regulation strategies. Jennifer also focuses on motivation, stress management, effective study habits, and communication skills, as well as universal challenges such as perfectionism, difficulty shifting between tasks, sustaining attention, and navigating overwhelm. Across all areas, she approaches coaching with compassion, clarity, and a belief in every client’s capacity to thrive.
