About Emily G.

A Little About Me

I’m a National Board-Certified Coach with 15+ years supporting clients of all ages and their families, and a background that spans school counseling, executive function coaching, and mind-body wellness. I integrate motivational interviewing and other evidence-based approaches into my coaching.

I’m also a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer, though I’m just as likely to be found curled up with a book and tea. I believe in balancing energy with reflection, structure with imagination.

My Coaching Style

I believe growth doesn’t have to come at the expense of well-being—success and sustainability can go hand in hand, and I coach with that belief front and center.

Clients describe me as supportive and grounded, someone who gently challenges them while making sure they still feel understood.

I especially focus on helping clients navigate burnout and overwhelm, building routines that support consistency without rigidity.

Working Together

Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:

  • Bring a multidisciplinary background in counseling, coaching, and wellness

  • Help you build routines that support consistency without rigidity

  • Gently challenge you while making sure you still feel understood

  • Collaborate with families and schools when that’s helpful

  • Focus on sustainable growth, not burnout

The grass is greener where you water it—coaching is where we figure out what’s worth watering.
