Whether working with students, career-changers, or professionals, she helps individuals develop strategies for time management, focus, task initiation, and accountability, while also encouraging balance and self-advocacy. Her ability to blend structure with creativity makes her coaching both practical and engaging, giving clients strategies they can confidently apply to everyday challenges.
Outside of her professional work, Ellen enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She loves live music, drawing, and traveling to the beach, where she finds relaxation and inspiration. These personal passions reflect her joyful, curious, and energetic approach to life—qualities that shine through in her work with clients.
At New Frontiers, Ellen supports clients in developing organization, planning and prioritization, sustained focus, and follow-through.
