About Ellen B.
A Little About Me
I studied Communications with minors in Art and Art History at Penn, then taught elementary school before becoming a Career Coach at a technology bootcamp, working with adult learners at every career stage. I hold coaching credentials from both the International Coaching Federation (Professional Coaching Credential) and the Center for Executive Coaching.
I love live music, drawing, and heading to the beach whenever I can. My dogs and my family keep me grounded. I love what I do, and try to let positivity shine through in my coaching.
My Coaching Style
I like blending structure with creativity—clients get both a clear plan and room to make it their own.
Clients describe me as positive and encouraging, someone who celebrates progress along the way instead of only focusing on what’s left to do.
I especially enjoy helping clients find their footing during a big transition, whether that’s a new field, a return to school, or an entirely different stage of life.
Working Together
Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:
-
Bring experience across education, career coaching and social coaching
-
Blend structure with creativity so plans actually feel doable
-
Encourage balance and self-advocacy
-
Celebrate progress, not just outcomes
-
Bring positive, steady energy to every session
What seems so hard now will one day be your warm up—just stick with it.
