About Chenelle G.
Chenelle is an Executive Functioning Coach at New Frontiers who brings a client-centered, collaborative, and integrative approach to her work. She is dedicated to creating a supportive coaching environment where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered to explore their challenges. By fostering insight and encouraging meaningful change, she works alongside clients to identify practical strategies that support their personal, academic, and professional goals.
Chenelle’s journey into coaching began during her undergraduate studies, where she served as a peer wellness coach at her college’s behavioral health center. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she began postgraduate work in the crisis counseling field, where she developed experience in critical thinking, crisis assessment, and safety planning. She later earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling, further developing her clinical expertise as a mental health therapist. With many years of experience in the mental health field, Chenelle brings a thoughtful and collaborative perspective to her coaching, helping clients better understand their challenges while supporting them in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
Chenelle is known for providing a warm, curious, and supportive atmosphere where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences. She strives to make the coaching process engaging, creative, and interactive while incorporating each client’s unique background and perspective into their work together. She utilizes evidence-based techniques to inform her coaching and believes that meaningful progress begins with understanding each individual’s strengths, goals, and experiences. Throughout her career, she has supported a wide range of clients, including high school students, college students, entrepreneurs, employees, new mothers, pregnant women, and homemakers.
Chenelle feels confident supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions, interpersonal challenges, emotional regulation, cognitive and behavioral patterns, and a variety of personal and professional challenges. Her diverse professional background allows her to work with clients from many different stages of life while providing a compassionate and individualized coaching experience.
Outside of coaching, Chenelle is a bubbly and adventurous person who enjoys exploring new experiences. She loves trying new restaurants, traveling, reading, journaling, exercising, and spending quality time with her family. In her free time, she can often be found practicing a new yoga pose or picking up a smoothie from a local favorite. She is naturally curious and is always excited to learn something new or embrace her next adventure. Motivated by her love of meaningful life experiences and the people closest to her, Chenelle brings the same enthusiasm and positivity to her personal life that she brings to her work. A fun fact about her is that she speaks intermediate French and hopes to visit Paris one day.
