About Autumn B.

A Little About Me

I spent nearly three years at Ramapo College’s ENHANCE program and more than eight years in special education before joining New Frontiers. I hold both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Ramapo, and that range—supporting both college students building independence and younger students building foundational skills—means I bring the same structure and encouragement to clients of any age working through any kind of transition.

Outside of work, I stay active with soccer, hiking, and time outdoors, and I also love reading and singing. That balance of energy and creativity carries into how I show up for clients.

My Coaching Style

I meet clients where they are and provide the structure, encouragement, and practical tools they need to move steadily toward their goals—no giant leaps required.

Clients find me hands-on and approachable. I like rolling up my sleeves alongside them rather than just handing over advice.

My focus is consistency—small, steady wins that add up to real independence and confidence over time.

Working Together

Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:

  • Bring hands-on, experienced support from day one

  • Provide structure, encouragement, and tools you can use right away

  • Meet you where you are and build steadily from there

  • Help you navigate change with more confidence

  • Focus on steady, sustainable progress over quick fixes

Nothing is impossible—it just takes the right structure and support to get there.
