About Anastasia D.

A Little About Me

I hold a Master’s of Education degree from Fairfield University and certified to teach grades K-6 in Connecticut along with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. My background spans amongst schools, administrative offices, and disability services, which gives me a wide view of the systems people of any age are navigating.

I grew up in a Greek Orthodox home, where family, tradition, and heritage have been central parts of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, the beach, fitness and spending time with friends.

My Coaching Style

I create a structured but supportive environment where clients feel both challenged and encouraged. I believe growth happens when clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that work for them.

Clients describe me as empathetic, patient, and reliable. Having worked closely with schools, families and administrative and legal professionals, I understand how to navigate complex systems, coordinate across stakeholders, and advocate for clients throughout the process.

My focus is helping clients discover strategies that play to their individual strengths, while developing personalized tools for communication, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy that work with the way they think and learn best.

Working Together

Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:

  • Bring experience navigating schools, agencies, and complex systems

  • Create a structured environment that’s both supportive and challenging

  • Help you discover an approach that plays to your own strengths

  • Bring reliability and genuine patience to every session

  • Advocate alongside you when systems feel overwhelming

Life doesn’t get better by chance—it gets better by change, and I’m here to help you make it.
