Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy
Sessions cannot be rescheduled or banked
Missed sessions are forfeited
Exception for emergencies: Coaches may reschedule within one week at their discretion, based on availability
If your coach needs to reschedule, they’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative
Adjustments To Schedule or Plan
You may request changes to your set session day/time once every 3 months, or during major life events
You can also request a change to your overall weekly time commitment before your next billing cycle begins
Need more flexibility overall? You may switch to another plan (Roll-Over or Flex Hours) at the end of your current billing period

Billed every 35 days or weekly (your choice)
Even if paying weekly, you're committing to the full 5-week billing cycle
Payments are auto-processed using your saved payment method
If a payment fails, you’ll be notified and must update your info within 48 hours to avoid a disruption

Subscription hours are nonrefundable
All clients are committing to a 5-week billing cycle, even if payments are made weekly
Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged again
Canceling means forfeiting your coach and session times
Rejoining later? You’ll be placed with a coach based on availability and at current market rates
If you’d like to restart at a later date, your previous coach may no longer be available. We’ll try to rematch you with your previous coach (if available) at no additional charge.
If there have been significant changes, we may require a new consultation to ensure a good fit
Pauses
Eligible for one 2-week pause every 6 months
Must be requested before the next billing cycle starts
You must provide a restart date at the time of the request, and billing will begin on that date

What if I get sick or have an emergency?
We understand life happens. While sessions in this plan are typically forfeited if missed, your coach may reschedule within one week at their discretion, especially for rare or unexpected emergencies. Sessions will still be billed.
Can I reschedule my session for a vacation or travel?
This plan does not allow regular rescheduling. If you know you’ll be unavailable, consider using your one-time 2-week pause (eligible every 6 months) or booking a Pay-Per-Hour session during your travels.
Can I switch to a different plan later?
Yes! If you realize you need more flexibility, you can transition to a Roll-Over Subscription or Flex Hours plan before your next billing cycle begins. Let your coordinator know and they’ll walk you through the change.
What happens if I cancel and want to come back later?
If you cancel and want to return within 6 months—and your needs haven’t changed—you can often restart with the same coach at no charge, based on availability. After 6 months or if your needs have changed significantly, we may recommend a new consultation.
What does “billed every 35 days” mean?
Instead of monthly billing, Committed Subscriptions are charged every 35 days to ensure you get a full plan cycle (e.g., no missed weeks due to short months). This means your billing date may shift over time.
