As Senior Vice President at New Frontiers, Samantha drives the strategic development and execution of programs that transform the way professionals navigate their careers. With a specialized focus on corporate consulting, performance coaching, and growth initiatives, she extends executive function coaching beyond traditional settings, equipping professionals with the tools to excel in the workplace.
With over 25 years of experience, Samantha has cultivated a deep understanding of learning, cognition, and behavior. Her diverse background—as a Speech Therapist, Special Education Teacher, Adjunct Associate Professor, and Executive Coach—has shaped her expertise in helping individuals recognize habits that may hinder progress and develop sustainable, high-impact strategies for success. Her approach integrates evidence-based methodologies, ensuring that professionals at all levels—from mid-level managers to executives—can enhance performance, overcome obstacles, and reach their full potential.
Samantha holds a Master’s degree from LIU Post and has completed doctoral coursework in Educational Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center. Her academic foundation, combined with her hands-on coaching experience, allows her to tailor strategies that drive meaningful change in both personal and professional development.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Samantha is a proud mother of two and finds joy in beach days, HIIT workouts, and exploring a diverse array of music genres, from indie to EDM.
