As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Elisa Butrym works closely with clients to develop personalized strategies for overcoming perfectionism, procrastination, and overwhelm. She specializes in helping corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals improve focus, productivity, and self-confidence by addressing the root causes of their challenges.

Elisa is trained at The Life Coach School and is an alumnus of the Neuroscience for Business Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management. With a background in media marketing, she understands the real-world demands of high-pressure careers and the need for effective time and energy management. Her coaching integrates mindset work, science-based protocols, and self-directed behavioral modification techniques to help clients develop the skills necessary to improve focus, limit procrastination, manage discomfort, and enhance sleep hygiene for greater overall well-being.

Born and raised in New York City, Elisa is the daughter of Costa Rican and Chilean immigrants and is fluent in Spanish. Outside of coaching, she enjoys writing, working out at CrossFit, and spending time with her two children.
