About Elisa B.

A Little About Me

I work with corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals to move past the patterns that hold them back. My training bridges science and practice—I’m a graduate of The Life Coach School and an alum of MIT Sloan’s Neuroscience for Business program.

I was born and raised in New York City to Costa Rican and Chilean immigrant parents, and I’m fluent in Spanish. Outside of coaching, I write, do CrossFit, and spend time with my two kids, who keep me endlessly curious.

My Coaching Style

I dig into the root causes of a client’s patterns rather than just treating the surface behavior. Time management, to me, is really about managing your mind and your energy.

High-pressure professionals tell me I help them find sustainable systems without sacrificing their well-being—it’s not about grinding harder, it’s about working smarter and kinder.

My long-term goal for every client is a healthy relationship with focus, rest, and follow-through, not just a productive week.

Working Together

Clients who enjoy working with me often appreciate that I:

  • Get to the root of what’s really going on, not just the surface behavior

  • Combine science-based frameworks with genuine empathy

  • Build sustainable routines that support energy, not just output

  • Support high performers without asking them to sacrifice well-being

  • Bring cultural fluency and an open, respectful coaching style

Real productivity starts with managing your mind and energy—everything else follows from there.
