Casey Schmalacker

Vice President at New Frontiers, leading sales, marketing, and business development to increase accessibility and awareness of executive function coaching for students, adults, and organizations.

"Executive function coaching isn’t about fitting people into a system—it’s about helping them build a system that works for them. True progress comes from understanding how you work best, and coaching provides the tools to adapt, strategize, and take control of your success."

Casey Schmalacker

As Vice President at New Frontiers, Casey Schmalacker brings a dynamic blend of expertise in marketing, sales, and business development to his leadership role. Since joining the organization in 2013, he has played a key role in its growth, evolving from directly mentoring students to advising professionals and entire organizations on enhancing performance and creating adaptive learning environments. Today, Casey’s work focuses on expanding the reach and impact of New Frontiers, combining strategic marketing and development with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and teams in building the skills they need to succeed.

Casey’s academic foundation reflects both breadth and depth. He holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Government and Law and Economics, with a minor in Africana Studies, from Lafayette College. This diverse educational background honed his ability to analyze complex systems, understand organizational dynamics, and identify opportunities for improvement across professional sectors. He has further deepened his expertise through ongoing professional development, earning certifications from respected thought leaders such as Peg Dawson and Lynda Geller, and by regularly participating in conferences including Lynn Meltzer’s ILD Conference.

Over the course of his career at New Frontiers, Casey has made significant contributions to both the internal development of the team and the external partnerships that extend the organization’s mission. His leadership has helped shape programs that address not only academic growth but also workplace performance, soft skills, and executive function strategies. By bridging the gap between business strategy and individualized support, Casey ensures that New Frontiers continues to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients while also fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability within the organization.

Outside of his professional work, Casey is known for his love of laughter and the joy he brings to his connections with others. He values the importance of strong, genuine relationships—whether with colleagues, friends, or his beloved pets—and believes that fulfillment comes as much from shared moments as from professional achievements. His passion for life, combined with his dedication to growth and collaboration, reflects the balance he brings to both his personal and professional endeavors.

In his role as Vice President, Casey continues to drive initiatives that expand New Frontiers’ impact and ensure its services remain responsive to the evolving needs of individuals and organizations. By combining strategic vision with a people-centered approach, he helps create pathways for success that are both sustainable and empowering.
