A Little About Me 

My career pathway has not been straight yet it has taken me through a journey of building resilience and purpose in a corporate world that has not always been easy to navigate. Corporate leadership roles at British Airways and JP Morgan have resulted in not only personal growth but a style of corporate leadership that has served the company and team well. Entrepreneurship, and coaching became good fits after an eventful corporate career. Coaching certifications through the International Coaching Federation helped me stand strong on a solid foundation. That range taught me that there’s always a way forward, no matter how stuck someone feels. 

I’ve lived and worked in both London and New York, and travel remains one of my greatest joys (a round-trip flight on the Concorde still ranks among my favorite memories). I also volunteer as a coach for women rebuilding their lives after incarceration and addiction, work that keeps me grounded in what real resilience can look like. 

My Coaching Style 

I meet clients wherever they are in their journey, from onboarding through purposeful support. I believe deeply that there is always hope and always a next step, even when it doesn’t feel that way.
