Coordinator at New Frontiers, helping professionals and creatives overcome perfectionism, procrastination, and overwhelm to improve productivity and confidence.

"Time management isn’t just about scheduling—it’s about managing your mind and energy. When you shift your approach, productivity and confidence follow."

Elisa B.

As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Elisa Butrym works closely with clients to create personalized strategies that help them move past patterns of perfectionism, procrastination, and overwhelm. She partners with corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals to strengthen focus, productivity, and self-confidence, while guiding them toward sustainable systems that support both their personal and professional goals. With a thoughtful and collaborative approach, Elisa helps clients uncover the root causes of their challenges and develop tools that allow them to thrive in high-pressure environments without sacrificing balance or well-being.

Elisa’s training reflects her commitment to bridging science and practical application. She is a graduate of The Life Coach School and an alumna of the Neuroscience for Business Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She brings additional depth from her background in media marketing, where she gained firsthand insight into the fast pace, high expectations, and competing priorities that often define modern careers. This combination of experience allows her to tailor her coaching with both strategic precision and genuine empathy. Elisa draws on mindset work, science-based frameworks, and self-directed behavioral practices to help clients refine focus, reduce procrastination, manage discomfort, and build healthy routines, including those that enhance sleep and energy.

Born and raised in New York City, Elisa is the daughter of Costa Rican and Chilean immigrants and is fluent in Spanish. She carries this cultural perspective into her work, meeting clients with openness and respect for diverse lived experiences. Outside of coaching, Elisa enjoys writing as a creative outlet, challenging herself physically at CrossFit, and spending time with her two children, who continue to inspire her with their curiosity and resilience.

Elisa supports clients in strengthening core executive function skills such as organization, planning and prioritization, time management, and task initiation. She also helps individuals develop strategies for stress management, motivation, and emotional regulation, as well as building resilience against perfectionism and the paralysis of overwhelm. For professionals navigating demanding careers, she offers guidance in balancing work and personal life, enhancing communication, and cultivating the confidence needed to take meaningful action toward their goals.
