"Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.” — Jim Rohn
As a Coordinator at New Frontiers, Anastasia works directly with clients to build executive functioning skills, strengthen communication and organization, and foster confidence across academics, career preparation, and daily life. She takes pride in creating a supportive and structured environment where clients feel both challenged and encouraged to grow. Known for her empathy, patience, and reliability, Anastasia helps individuals discover strategies that play to their strengths while addressing areas of challenge.
Anastasia brings a diverse professional background to her role. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Education, and she is certified to teach grades K–6 in Connecticut. Her career has included positions in schools, administrative offices, Social Security Disability services, and higher education. These experiences have given her a strong understanding of the unique needs of children, families, and young adults, as well as the systems that shape their educational and professional paths.
She has worked extensively with individuals navigating special needs, autism spectrum profiles, behavioral and communication challenges, and organizational or academic difficulties. In addition, Anastasia has supported parents, collaborated with lawyers and school systems, and guided college students as they adapt to the demands of higher education. This breadth of experience allows her to connect meaningfully with clients of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring her coaching to fit their individual goals.
Outside of New Frontiers, Anastasia is deeply family-oriented, shaped by her upbringing in a Greek Orthodox home in Bristol, Connecticut. She values her heritage and community connections and carries these principles of care and commitment into her professional life. In her personal time, Anastasia enjoys fitness and strength training, and she is proud of her personal record in deadlifting—315 pounds. She also enjoys balancing her active lifestyle with time spent with family and friends, reflecting the same sense of dedication and energy she brings to her coaching.
At New Frontiers, Anastasia supports clients in strengthening executive function skills such as organization, time management, planning and prioritization, and follow-through. She also helps individuals build communication skills, regulate emotions, manage transitions, and develop confidence in academic and professional settings. With her combination of experience, empathy, and determination, Anastasia equips clients with practical tools and encouragement that empower them to succeed.
